• Meeting data when Ducky is invited to meetings
• Documents and content from connected sources (Notion, Google Drive)
• Transcribed text from recordings (audio is temporarily processed for transcription but not stored)
• Questions and interactions with our AI assistant

2. Connected Services

When you connect third-party services or use recording features, we access and process:

• Notion workspace content that you explicitly grant access to
• Google Drive files and folders that you specify
• Audio recordings for transcription (processed securely and not stored)
• Metadata associated with these documents (titles, timestamps, etc.)

We only request read-only access to your connected services and never modify your content. For recordings, we securely process the audio to generate text transcriptions but do not store the original audio files. You can revoke access to these services at any time through your dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Process and answer your queries
• Index and search through your connected content
• Maintain and enhance the knowledge base
• Send important updates about our service

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• All network traffic is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. When you disconnect a service or delete your account, we remove all associated content from our systems. You can request a data deletion at any time through our support channels.
